How do I place an order?
Its simple! Simply click on the products tab at the top of your screen and choose the category of item you're interested in purchasing, once you've found what you want simply add it to your cart. Once the item(s) is in your cart you can continue shopping or checkout. All you have to do to checkout is enter your shipping information along with your payment details and your order is complete!

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the major debit / credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and more using Shopify Payments as the payment platform. This helps simplify the order process while at the same time keeping your information safe and secure.
We also accept payments via PayPal which can give you extra peace of mind when shopping with us.
Need some extra time to pay? We also offer AfterPay which lets you buy now and pay later.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are typically shipped out on the same business day providing the order is placed before 12PM AEDT. If the order is placed after 12PM AEDT the order will typically be shipped out the following business day.
In the extremely rare occasion that your order hasn't been shipped out within our estimated time-frame please contact us here and we will do our best to assist you.
How does Rush Processing work?
When you place an order with Rush Processing we get notified and your order will be processed before anyone else's. Although we ship all our orders ASAP Rush Processing is recommended if you need us to prioritize your order. It also guarantees that your order will be dispatched the same or following business day or you can contact us and get the fee refunded.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been dispatched?
The majority of customers will receive their order within 3 business days of the order being dispatched. Please note that it can take up to 6 business days in some cases for rural areas.
if you have chosen Express shipping at checkout you will typically receive your order on the next business day with a maximum wait time of 3 business days. This time frame may vary depending on your location.
Why hasn't my order arrived within the specified delivery time-frame?
The delivery times given are provided Australia Post as an Estimate and should not be taken as a guarantee. While the majority of orders will usually arrive earlier than expected or on time, in certain cases there are issues on Australia Posts end than can cause delays. This is out of our control and late items usually arrive within 3 business days after the estimated delivery date.
Why isn't my tracking number updating?
Depending on the shipping carrier, it can take between 24-72 hours for tracking information to update in serve cases when their data servers are under heavy load. If you have any concerns about this feel free to contact us here.
The address is incorrect for my order, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct full postage address. We will attempt to change the address if your order has not been dispatched yet. Once it's been dispatched, we cannot change this address as the seller. Under some circumstances, Australia Post will accept an address change request from the buyer so we recommend you contact them immediately. If your parcel is returned to us, we can post it back to the correct address but we will charge a re-delivery fee for this as the original postage fee is not something we can recover from Australia Post.
