Although the vast majority of orders will be shipped out the same day or next business day at the latest, in rare cases it may take additional business day for an order to leave our warehouse.

International Shipping Time-Frame
All International orders are sent exclusively through Australia Post. Although the majority of international orders will be on time, customs delays are a factor and out of everyone's control. Normally if a parcel is held in customs, its released in a few days but in extreme cases it can take longer. Customs delays are NOT included in the following transit times.
New Zealand - Standard 2-7 Business days
North America – Standard 3-9 Business days
South America - Standard 4-13 Business Days
UK – Standard 3-9 Business Days
EUROPE - 5-16 Business days
ASIA - 5-16 Business days
Rest of the world: 5-16 Business days
No courier company has a perfect track record of 100% of their parcels arriving on time, this is true for every store and every shipping carrier. These delivery dates are not a guarantee, we have no control over the courier companies and can't change the postage service or time-frame once its left our warehouse.
If you'd like to receive a refund, your parcel will have to be returned to our warehouse first or deemed lost in transit by the courier. At the very longest, this process can take up to 90 days. But if a parcel is lost, it's usually dealt with by the postage company in a few weeks. We cannot issue a refund while a parcel is still in transit. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
Taxes & Duties:
Importing goods to your country may incur taxes/duties issued by your local government. This is not something we can influence or control and we are required by law to list the correct value on the parcel. We recommend checking with your local post office to see the potential charges related to importing goods to make sure there are no surprise charges. Taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay for and we can't assist with paying full or partial amounts of these fees.
If you are purchasing a pre-order item with other products your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you want or need other products first we suggest you order them separately.
Safedrop, Leave in a safe place or no signature option:
For convenience, all parcels we send have the ability to request the option through Australia Post to safedrop or in other words, leave the parcel at your premises without signature. If no one is at home this is very convenient. However, please note selecting this option VOIDS all insurance and compensation claims with the courier company should the parcel be lost or stolen. This is unfortunately not in our control and in the terms of service for the shipping company. Please note by selecting this option, while unlikely that your parcel would be lost or stolen, we have no course of action with the courier to recover any compensation.
