Since COVID-19 we are still dispatching 99.5%+ orders on time. You may see delays of 1-4 days (Inside Australia) with the delivery time once your parcel is with Australia Post. However, we are seeing the majority of Australian customers receive their parcels on time now.

All orders are usually dispatched on the same business day providing the order is placed before 12PM AEDT. When this isn't possible your order will be shipped on the following business day.

All orders are shipped via Australia post with a free tracking number included which includes email updates when your order is out for delivery.

  • South Australia: 0-2 business days
  • Victoria: 1-4 business days
  • New South Wales: 2-4 business days
  • Tasmania: 2-4 business days
  • Queensland: 2-5 business days
  • Western Australia: 2-5 business days
  • Northern Territory: 2-6 business days

Please note the above transit estimates are provided by the courier and not a guarantee.

 

No courier company has a perfect track record of 100% of their parcels arriving on time, this is true for every store and every shipping carrier. These delivery dates are not a guarantee, we have no control over the courier companies and can't change the postage service or time-frame once its left our warehouse.

If you'd like to receive a refund, your parcel will have to be returned to our warehouse first or deemed lost in transit by the courier. At the very longest, this process can take up to 90 days. But if a parcel is lost, it's usually dealt with by the postage company in a few weeks. We cannot issue a refund while a parcel is still in transit. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
If you are purchasing a pre-order item with other products your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you want or need other products first we suggest you order them separately.

 

Order Cancellation:

Please understand that while an order is in transit, we cannot offer a refund unless the parcel is returned to our warehouse first or deemed lost in transit by Australia Post. If the order is deemed lost in transit or returned to us, we can send a refund or replacement at your request. By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you agree to these terms.

Signature Required:
Note by the default all of our parcels require a signature on delivery or you will be left a collection card and required to pick it up from your local Australia Post office. You can request to leave in a safe place on the tracking page, but note by doing this it voids any and all insurance claims if the parcel is stolen or left at the incorrect place. Please be sure you are willing to take responsibility for the liability before checking this option.

Safedrop, Leave in a safe place or no signature option:
For convenience, all parcels we send have the ability to request the option through Australia Post to safedrop or in other words, leave the parcel at your premises without signature. If no one is at home this is very convenient. However, please note selecting this option VOIDS all insurance and compensation claims with the courier company should the parcel be lost or stolen. This is unfortunately not in our control and in the terms of service for the shipping company. Please note by selecting this option, while unlikely that your parcel would be lost or stolen, we have no course of action with the courier to recover any compensation.
