2020 International Shipping Changes

We have been hard at work for the past 6 months making sure our shipping process goes as smooth as possible for our customers. Although we have had great feedback about our processes, the biggest complaint we heard was that our international shipping costs were too high in some cases, and also that we didn't offer express and free shipping.

Today that changes, introducing our new International Shipping rates.

Do you ship to my country and what are the charges? 

Answer:

We delivery to more than 190 countries, so it is very likely we can ship to your location. To find out the cost of shipping and services available, add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. This will allow you to see the shipping options available and the costs involved before paying. We also over a free shipping option to every location.

Free Shipping
We now offer free shipping to every location. To qualify for free shipping there is a minimum spend of  depending on your location. To see if you qualify, add your items to cart and then the option will become automatically available at checkout.

Australia: $100AUD
NZ: $149AUD

Rest of the World: $249AUD ($164USD)

Dispatch Time-Frame
Although the vast majority of orders will be shipped out the same day or next business day at the latest, in rare cases it may take additional business day for an order to leave our warehouse. 

International Dispatch 1-2 Business Days 

International Shipping Time-Frame
All International orders are sent exclusively through Australia Post. Although the majority of international orders will be on time, customs delays are a factor and out of everyone's control. Normally if a parcel is held in customs, its released in a few days but in extreme cases it can take longer. Customs delays are NOT included in the following transit times.

Vietnam: Standard Vietnam Shipping Tracked + Signature (3-10 Business Days)

New Zealand - Standard 2-7 Business days

North America – Standard 3-9 Business days

South America - Standard 4-13 Business Days

UK – Standard 3-8 Business Days

EUROPE - 5-16 Business days

Rest of the world: 5-16 Business days

No courier company has a perfect track record of 100% of their parcels arriving on time, this is true for every store and every shipping carrier. These delivery dates are not a guarantee, we have no control over the courier companies and can't change the postage service or time-frame once its left our warehouse.

If you'd like to receive a refund, your parcel will have to be returned to our warehouse first or deemed lost in transit by the courier. At the very longest, this process can take up to 90 days. But if a parcel is lost, it's usually dealt with by the postage company in a few weeks. We cannot issue a refund while a parcel is still in transit. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

Import Duties, Fees or Taxes:
Some customers may be issued additional fees or charges as a result of importing goods to their country. This varies heavily on location and we recommend you check with your local post office for more information regarding this charges. DailyPuzzles has no control over these charges and we are required by law to accurately declare the value of your shipment. We will not be held responsible for these charges. If you are unwilling to pay the fees and the shipment is returned to us, we can issue you a partial refund for just the item cost.

Customs Clearance:
Custom clearance times are not included in the transit time estimates as they can vary significantly depending on the country. In some cases it may just be a few hours but potentially more depending on the time of year.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
If you are purchasing a pre-order item with other products your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you want or need other products first we suggest you order them separately.
